English Proofreading Services
Non-native English-speaking authors are strongly encouraged to send their manuscripts to an English-speaking colleague or use a professional English editing service prior to submission. To assist non-English speaking authors improve the quality of their manuscripts, the journal provides optional English proofreading services. Our services are provided by native English speakers experienced in proofreading and editing and with vast knowledge of the journal style. If you are submitting an article or simply need affordable proofreading and editing services, we encourage you to consider using our journal’s English proofreading services.

The base rates for the proof-reading services are as follows:

ADVANCED EDITING: $60.00 US dollars per 1,000 words
--Detailed language review (i.e. grammar, spelling, punctuation, and terminology);

PREMIUM EDITING: $90.00 US dollars per 1,000 words
--Comprehensive language review with extensive revisions (i.e. rephrasing, reorganization, logic, clarity, and flow).

Service Transparency

All services are voluntary and optional. If you decide to use the above service, we can also provide a written certification of editing provided. This will also be apparent in the before-and-after comparison of your manuscript. The certificate will confirm your paper was edited by a native English speaker, assuming all of the changes proposed by the editors were incorporated into the manuscript. If you are interested in our optional proofreading services, let us know. We review manuscripts and determine the costs beforehand. We will not charge authors for this service without their interest or consent.

Formatting Services
The journal provides a free template for all the article types that we publish. We strongly recommend that authors download these free templates from our website and use them in the preparation of their manuscripts. However, it is challenging for some authors to format their manuscripts in compliance with the format required by the journal. This leads to early desk rejection and frustration on the part of the authors. To alleviate this challenge and make for a smooth submission with a properly-formatted manuscript, we offer an optional service for authors whose manuscripts require extensive formatting before submission.

ADVANCED FORMATTING: $199.00 US Dollars

--Total reformatting according to journal style, including citations, tables, figures, and references.

PREMIUM FORMATTING: $99.00 US Dollars

--Minor formatting corrections to conform to journal style.

Price Transparency
