An extracurricular program developed by the Department of Investigation and Post Graduate of ISAE University during 2017-2019. The instrument used to evaluate the soft skills is compose of 20 items that where group as follow, leadership, communication and proactively. At the same token, to measure the performance in science, humanities, technology, environment and art.
