Situaciones de Interacción Social y Conflictos, en la convivencia de estudiantes dentro del contexto andragógico universitario.

This research was carried out at ISAE University, located in La Chorrera, Republic of Panama, during the month of May 2014, with the purpose of describing the situations of social interaction that generate conflicts in the coexistence of students within the androgynous university context.

The situations of social interaction of relationship and communication, information, interest, values and roles were identified as generating conflicts between students; the types of conflicts that were generated between university students were characterized, the coexistence of students within the university context could be established and finally, alternatives were proposed to strengthen the androgynous coexistence between students as a mechanism to resolve conflicts.  The data processing allowed to describe that the situations of social interaction and conflicts, negatively affect the coexistence of students within the androgynous context in the university object of this study, among the relevant results we can point out that observer students, stated some situations of social interaction as generators of conflicts between students in the classrooms, these were: 36% relationship and communication, 43% information, 17% interest, 32% values and 26.6% roles; the students who were victims of conflict situations, expressed the following types of conflicts: 12.8% intrapersonal conflicts, 6.4% interpersonal, 4.3% intergroup, 11.7% intragroup; the observer students manifested some types of conflicts, such as: 16% intrapersonal, 8.5% interpersonal, 9.6% intergroup and 10.6% intragroup, while the aggressive students manifested some types of conflicts: 9.7% intrapersonal, 8.5% interpersonal, 4.3% intragroup and 5.3% interpersonal.  Regarding coexistence, less than 53.19% of teachers do not constantly practice coexistence strategies in the classroom and 21.28% indicate that there is no good coexistence among their classmates in the classrooms, among other.
