The transfer market in the Chinese Super League

The football industry presents differentiating elements that condition its development at a global level, such as sponsorships, television rights, grassroots football, or the transfer market. In recent years, investments in the international transfer market by Chinese Super League clubs have been the subject of study. In this article, we analyse and associate measures adopted by Chinese institutions and authorities to promote the development of national talent during the last decade with the improvement of the competitiveness of the industry at a continental and global level.
