Abstract

Higher education is confronted with globalization and its interdependence which challenge it to innovate and transform. Therefore, higher education has to promote collaboration and develop international competence. In this context, it is necessary to comprehend ISAE University position regarding internationalization. The purpose of this research is to have a clear idea of institutional policy, as much as staff and teacher’s commitment. One of the problems identified is the lack of resources related to teachers and student’s mobility. In conclusion, it is important to increase awareness among academic coordinators in regards to academic mobility, flexibility and management. Student mobility is an indispensable formative strategy to gain institutional experience that will contribute to the improvement of the country's competitiveness and productivity. This process encompasses planning, communication, operation and evaluation for continuous improvement.
