Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies opted for this form of remote work. So, an unprecedented number of people work from home using information and communication technologies to fulfill their assignments and thus avoid the risk of contracting the virus. The different collaborators of the companies have the right to do so while this crisis lasts, including those who have a temporary job and interns. Telework is not suitable in all circumstances or for all types of positions. However, if practiced correctly, it can be an important component in the construction of this 21st century and new forms of employment. The confinement of the state of alarm has made teleworking the lifeline of many companies. Before the pandemic, the percentage of workers who could access telecommuting was around 3%. Today, the reality of COVID-19 has pushed companies to implement effective teleworking systems, which can become a great opportunity if undertaken successfully.
