Successful Endourological management of large prostatic stones: A case report

Abstract

INTRODUCTION Prostatic parenchymal stones are common and most commonly accidently found on examination, investigations or during surgical procedures. Most of them remain asymptomatic but some may present with LUTs. Although small prostatic stones are common but large prostate stone are rare findings and less than 30 cases have been reported in literature. We report a case of 70 years old male with two prostate stones and their successful management with endo urological procedure.
