Valor del sacrificio de la Misa

Resumo

Após ter estabelecido as diferenças entre a Ceia do Senhor, em que o próprio Cristo foi Sacerdote e Vítima, e os sacrifícios eucarísticos ofere- cidos pela Igreja por meio de seus ministros, o autor questiona-se a res- peito do valor verdadeiro e próprio da Santa Missa: equivalerá sempre em eficácia ao holocausto do Senhor no Calvário? O Pe. de la Taille, partidário da teoria sacrificio-oblação, explicará a dis- tinção entre o mérito infinito dAquele que na missa se oferece – o Cor- po e Sangue de Cristo – e os benefícios relativos do ato oblativo condi- cionado à santidade da Igreja e daqueles que em seu nome o oferecem.
